VANDERPUMP Rules’ Lisa Vanderpump’s third Las Vegas restaurant Pinky’s can be seen in new photos exclusively obtained by The U.S. Sun.
Lisa, 63, announced her new business venture, Pinky’s, in November 2023 when she released promotional photos at Flamingo, a casino hotel on the Las Vegas Strip.
The Vanderpump Rules executive producer informed her fans that it will be opening in the summer of 2024.
Fans were quick to comment and ask for more details, including whether it is a pool bar and when the exact opening date is.
The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal new details and photos of the eatery, which is expected to open in a few months.
Pinky’s is taking over the former Purple Zebra space, which used to be an outdoor daiquiri bar with the entrance being before the hotel entrance.

Photos obtained by The U.S. Sun show that the outdoor space is now completely blocked off and covered by a painted wooden fence that now has Caesars Entertainment advertisements.
There are a ton of vertical wooden fixtures that can be seen behind the faux fence that can possibly be structured to form a new wall.
Upon walking inside, there is not much else that can be seen of Pinky’s since the space is closed off by two doors that have a Gillett Construction sign.
However, if one were to peek inside the doors, a ton of construction can be seen going on inside with it looking like it’s in the beginning stages and can “take months” to still complete, according to an eyewitness.
Multiple security personnel and staff at Flamingo told The U.S. Sun that they are expecting it to open in July or August 2024.
“Construction began over a month ago,” one staffer revealed.

Another staff member recalled when Lisa, her husband Ken Todd, and one of her dogs took photos on the property in November when the pool was closed for the season.
She took pics on an inflatable flamingo in the pool, posed in front of real flamingos in the wildlife habitat, and met and took a snap with the General Manager of Flamingo, Dan Walsh.
‘UNDER WRAPS’
One of Lisa Vanderpump’s well-known employees, Oliver Saunders – also known as the son of RHOBH’s Garcelle Beauvais – spoke with The U.S. Sun in a new interview about what fans can expect.
“All I know about Pinky’s is that after [Lake] Tahoe – my mother and I just went to go support Lisa at the opening of Wolf – they’re going to start working on Pinky’s,” he revealed.
“I know that it’s under construction, but I don’t know much about it as of yet.”
When asked if it’s expected to open closer to the end of summer, given its current status, he said, “It’ll be open sooner than later, I believe.”
Rachel Leviss’ ex-fling continued, “They’re sort of keeping it under wraps from what I heard, but it’s going to be somewhat in between our restaurant (inside Paris) and the Caesars Cocktail Garden because it’s going to be more drinks and small bites than a full menu.
“More just, like, little bites and drinks. Somewhere you go before you head to dinner.”
According to Caesars’ website, there will be “distinctive dishes, statement cocktails, and the restaurateur’s signature design aesthetic.”
The 7,000-square-foot property will boast a “dramatic bar, Deco details, and a stunning covered terrace,” per the press release.
It will also “combine Art Deco glamour with sumptuous and decadent Vanderpump flair” and include a “palette of muted greens, brass accents and blush pink.”
Oliver called Pinky’s interior designer, Nick Alain, who also worked on Lisa’s other restaurants, “amazing.”
“Everything him and Lisa touch turns to gold,” he told The U.S. Sun while taking a quick break from working at Vanderpump à Paris.
“I’m a fan of anything that Lisa does. I love Lisa and I mean, she’s so successful. Nobody gets that successful by accident.”
GROWING EMPIRE
Pinky’s by Vanderpump will be opening around the same time that Gordon Ramsay will be opening his new restaurant, Gordon Ramsay Burger, inside Flamingo.
His eatery will be taking over the former Bird Bar space located along Las Vegas Boulevard, although Bird Bar signs are still up.
Despite the good news, longtime fans of Flamingo received sad news that Margaritaville will be shutting down sometime in May after more than 20 years on the strip.
Pinky’s will be Lisa’s third restaurant opening in Las Vegas.
The entrepreneur has two other hotspots part of Caesars Entertainment, Vanderpump à Paris at Paris Las Vegas and Vanderpump Cocktail Garden at Caesars Palace.
She recently opened Wolf by Vanderpump inside Harveys Lake Tahoe, a hotel and casino, in Stateline, Nevada.
