Philadelphia Eagles fans may no longer have to wait for Jason Kelce to make up his mind on whether or not he’s retiring.
On Monday morning, Kelce posted on X/Twitter that he has “come to a decision” and will make an official announcement this afternoon.
“No Keg videos this year, I have come to a decision and will address it at a press conference this afternoon,” Kelce wrote.

This post sounds like he plans to cut out the beer and partying to get ready for the 2024 season.
Let’s hope so because, with Fletcher Cox leaning toward retirement, it would be hard for the Eagles to replace two legends this offseason.
Kelce has been openly weighing retirement since before the start of the 2023 NFL season.
His contract expires on March 11, though if he wants a new one drawn up, the Eagles are more than happy to do that for him.
“I think the important thing from our perspective is you never want to see them wearing different colors,” Eagles general manager Howie Roseman said at the NFL Combine last week. “I think for us, no matter when that is, if they want the opportunity to come back, we’d want to have the opportunity to bring them back.”
We’ll see what Kelce has to say about no more keg stands later today.
